Rental
Information
Deposit;
A security deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm reservations. You will
be mailed a confirmation verifying your deposit. The deposit dose not apply to
rent and automatically converts to a key and damage deposit at check-in. Your
deposit will be returned promptly as soon as we receive our keys provided there
is no damage to unit.
Payment;
Full payment is requested 14
days prior to arrival, if we do not receive payment your reservation will be
canceled and you will lose your deposit.
Holiday Deposits and Payments;
Holiday reservations require a
$500.00 non-refundable deposit. Payment is due 30 days before arrival
date. If payment is not received your reservation will be canceled and you will
lose your deposit.
Cancellation;
If you cancel your reservation
more than 14 days prior to arrival date you will lose your deposit ( If I can rerent the unit at full price I will return one half of your deposit ). If you
cancel less than 14 days of arrival you will lose the full amount of your rent (
If I can rerent the unit I will refund your rent and you will only lose your
deposit ). I will do my best to rerent units but there is no guarantee I can do
so. The longer I have the better chance I will have.
Check-in;
I will send you the keys so
you can go directly to your condo when you arrive. ( You do not need to stop to
check in anywhere ) Check in time is 5:00 PM
Check-out;
Check out time is 11:00 AM
This is strictly enforced. Take keys with you and mail back when you get home.
Pets;
Pet are not allowed ( NO
exceptions )
Refunds and Adjustments;
There is no refunds or
adjustments as a result of factors over which we have no control, i.e. weather,
neighbors, or early check out.
Maintenance;
We make every effort to keep
each property and its equipment in good working order. In the case of a
breakdown we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified
by you of the problem. We cannot guarantee televisions, vcr's, appliances, ect.
No refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure.
Parking;
Parking in the condominium's
parking lot is limited to two cars per unit. There is a parking lot about a half
mile past condo you can use.
Damage;
We ask our guests to report any breakage upon
occurrence. All units are checked carefully by our inspection crews after
departure. All guests will be held responsible for any damage to the unit during
stay.
Maintaining a Family Environment;
We are serious about
maintaining a family atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests. We will rent to
families and responsible adults. Absolutely no house parties allowed. Kegs are
not allowed in units. Violations of the above are grounds for immediate eviction
without refund of rent or deposit.
